Why You Might Receive Your Order in Multiple Shipments:
If you've ordered multiple items and one of them happens to be out of stock at the time of shipment, we don't want to make you wait for your entire order. In these instances, we will often ship the available items first, and then send the remaining product(s) as soon as they become available again.

To keep you informed, if your order is being shipped in multiple parts due to an out-of-stock item, you will find a brochure included in your initial shipment. This brochure will explain which item(s) are being shipped separately and assure you that the rest of your order will be on its way as soon as possible.
