If you're having trouble logging in to your account, don't worry! You can easily reset your password using the "Forgot Password?" option on the login screen. Here's how:
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Navigate to the My Account -> Login page where you need to enter your email address and password to log in.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
In the email address field, enter the email address associated with your account.
Step 3: Find and Click "Forgot Password?"
Below the password field, you'll see a link (or button) that says "Forgot Password?" Click on this link.
Step 4: Check Your Email Inbox
After clicking "Forgot Password?", our system will send an email containing a new, temporary password to the email address you initially entered. Please check your inbox (and your spam or junk folder, just in case) for an email from us.
Step 5: Use the Temporary Password to Log In
Once you find the email, it will contain a new, temporary password. Use this temporary password along with your email address to log in to your account.
Step 6: Change Your Password (Optional but Recommended)
For security reasons, we highly recommend that you change the temporary password to something you'll remember easily. Once you've successfully logged in with the temporary password, you will see Account Management screen. Here, you will find an option to update or change your password.
That's it! You've successfully reset your password and can now access your account.
If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, please:
- Double-check your spam or junk folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address associated with your account in the initial login field.
