1. Let's Find the Perfect Fit! Consider an Exchange:
Before sending anything back, did you know we can swap your product for something else you'll love? If an exchange sounds better, just give our awesome customer support team a shout! They'll guide you through the process and make sure you get exactly what you need. We're here to help you find the perfect match!
2. If You Still Decide to Return:
If, after chatting with our support team, you still decide to return your product, please send it to the following address: 10199 Dean Drive Manassas, VA 20110. To help us process your return quickly, please include a printed copy of your invoice or Order ID with your return.
3. Keep Your Tracking Number:
We strongly recommend that you keep a record of the return tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and have it for future reference if needed.
4. Return Postage:
Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. For your peace of mind and to ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking or delivery confirmation.
Important Information for Subscribe and Save Customers (US Only):
If you are a Subscribe and Save customer in the US and need a return label, please contact our support team. We will need your valid email address to send you the label. Once requested, we will forward this to our specialized team who will issue a return label via email. Please note that these labels are active for 3 calendar days. We will issue one label per order, considering weight limits. If you are returning items from multiple orders, we may issue several labels as needed.
5. Return Timeframe for Refunds:
To be eligible for a full refund (excluding original shipping and handling fees), your returned items must be received at our offices within 365 days of the original billing date.
Important: If you are returning products close to this 365-day deadline, please be aware that your refund will only be processed if the returned product arrives at our warehouse no later than 365 days from your payment date. If your return is received after the 365-day deadline, please reach out to our customer support team to discuss your options.
6. Returning Used or Empty Containers:
We understand that you may want to return used or empty product containers. Please ensure that enough time has passed to consume the product as directed on the label. For example, returning a six-month supply of empty containers after only one or two months of use may not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing Time:
Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse and our team confirms its receipt, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. After the refund has been processed on our end, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or with your payment provider. This timeframe can vary depending on their processing times.
If you haven't received your refund after 6 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance. This will allow us to investigate and resolve any potential delays or issues as quickly as possible.
Exceptions Regarding Tracking and Refund Processing:
- Tracking Shows Delivered, Not Yet Confirmed (Within 3 Business Days of Contact): If your tracking information shows your return has been delivered to our warehouse, but it's not yet reflected in our system, and you contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date, we will process your refund within 3 business days of your notification.
